I'm a Technical Support Manager at Cloudflare based in Las Vegas. I help lead support efforts for enterprise customers as they configure, troubleshoot, and scale their Zero Trust environments, including deployment of the Cloudflare WARP client and Cloudflare Tunnel daemon.
My work includes coaching support teams, troubleshooting IdP and SCIM integrations with providers like Okta and Azure, deploying Gateway policies, and helping customers connect to internal resources more securely and efficiently than traditional VPN models. I also consult on best practices, document issues, and work with product teams to report and resolve bugs.
Outside of work I enjoy pickleball, hiking, fishing, reading, watching hockey, tinkering with computers and electronics, and traveling.
